Tots 'n' Teens Pediatrics offers consultation visits to address the concerns of our patients and families who may be experiencing behavioral, educational, or psychosocial issues that require consultation and discussion with the provider. If a consultation visit is scheduled to discuss school problems with possible attention problems and /or hyperactivity, please print out the Vanderbilt Questionnaires for parents and teachers, have then completed and bring them to the consultation visit with you.
