Lactation Services

At Tots 'n'Teens Pediatrics all of the providers are dedicated to helping our moms have a successful and pleasant breast feeding experience. We all are happy to discuss lactation issues at regular check ups but out nurse practitioner, Erin Sorrell, schedules lactation visits to specifically address breast feeding issues and to support our breast feeding moms. She has 2 young children of her own and is especially talented at listening to new mothers and meeting their needs. Lactation visits are generally covered by insurance and appointments can be scheduled with our receptionists.

In Case of Emergency

In case of an emergency, one of our physicians is always on call. Call our main number 205-856-4440, our answering service at 205-930-4322, or if needed, take your child to The Children’s Hospital or your nearest Emergency Room.
