Controller Substance Medications - Please note that all controlled substance refills require a medication follow up appointment or a well visit within the past 6 months . These prescriptions cannot be sent electronically or called to a pharmacy. When you leave your message requesting a refill please let us know if you wish to pick up the prescription in our office or would like to have it mailed to you.
