All co-payments, deductibles and account balances are due before each visit from whomever brings the child into the office. If you do not have insurance, a minimum $70 charge will be collected prior to your visit and you will receive a statement for any remaining balance.
Balances can be paid in person, by calling the office, or online Make an Online Payment .
Payment options
We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans. Please see our Billing Office Staff for details.
Cancellations / No Shows
We request a 24 hour advance notice of appointment cancellations. A $25 fee will be charged for "no-shows". Repeated no shows or last minute cancellations could result in dismissal from the practice.
